Located in Downtown Dubai, Emaar’s Fountain Views project includes four high-rise towers. Three of the towers will comprise a ground floor and 59 additional floors each, while the fourth tower will have 58-storeys featuring a penthouse with two large terraces and an international restaurant in its lobby.
Work has commenced on the site of USD 140 million Fountain Views project in Dubai, UAE. Piling work is underway for the first tower of the project. The main construction contract was awarded to Arabian Construction Company at the end of March 2014. Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture are the design consultants on the Emaar Properties project with Dewan Al Emara Architects & Engineers as the lead consultants on the project which is expected to be completed by December 2015.

Emaar also unveiled The Opera District, featuring the iconic Dubai Opera, a 2,000-seat multi-venue performing arts centre, in Downtown Dubai.
